In the U.S., a pregnancy when the mom is 35 or older is considered a “geriatric pregnancy” and she’s of an “advanced maternal age.” But a woman in Germany who’s nearly twice that old just had a baby — her 10th — at age 66.

Alexandra Hildebrandt welcomed her new addition, a son named Philipp, on March 19th, and says she had no trouble conceiving and didn’t use fertility drugs or IVF to get pregnant. Her “healthy” new baby boy was delivered by C-section, weighing seven-pounds, 13-ounces. Philipp joins nine older siblings: Svitlana, 46; Artiom, 36; Elisabeth, 12; Maximilian, 12; Alexandra, 10; Leopold, eight; Anna, seven; Maria, four; and Katharina, two.

Hildebrandt’s OB/GYN, Dr. Wolfgang Henrich, tells German newspaper “Bild” that it was a “largely uncomplicated pregnancy.” The mom credits her lifestyle, pointing out that she doesn’t drink or smoke and has never used birth control. “I eat very healthily, swim regularly for an hour and walk for two hours,” she shares. When asked if her loved ones were worried about her having a child at her age, she says she’s “only received positive feedback.”
